REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY


Should you change your mind about the product(s) you have purchased via our site, please visit the return and refund policy of the specific store for information on their specific policy.
All exchanges, returns and refunds shall be subject to the following conditions:

  1. Items must be returned to the business address of the specific store front within 7 days of delivery of purchase with the original receipt or other proof of purchase:
  2. You must provide a form of identification, which must correspond with your receipt, upon return of an item;
  3. The returned item(s) must not be swimwear, underwear, earrings, cosmetics or stock clearance items.
  4. The returned items must be unworn, unwashed, or otherwise unused with original tags/labels attached, undamaged and unsoiled.
  5. If you request a refund, the purchase price (excluding delivery charges for online) will be refunded to you using the original payment method, once the returned item has been received and confirmed that it meets conditions i.- iv. Above. You are responsible for any costs associated with returning the item including any currency conversion costs.
  6. If you request an exchange, an additional delivery charge (for online exchanges) will be charged to you using the original payment method or another one specified by you, once the returned item has been received and confirmed that it meets conditions i.- iv. Above. You are responsible for any costs associated with returning the item including any currency conversion costs.


Note:

Shipping costs can only be refunded on faulty items.
If an item is faulty, wrongly described or different from the sample shown then the storefront will meet its legal obligations which may include refunding the purchase price and delivery charges, or providing a replacement product, provided the item is returned within one week of delivery and with proof of purchase without injury.
